Chancel Choir

 If you are new to Bath Church and want to join the choir or are already a long-standing member and have decided to join the choir, please let Debbie Heubeck, Director of Music Ministries, know you are coming so she has plenty of music and folders for everyone. This is a wonderful way to serve our Lord. Chancel Choir is made up of a great group of people and we have lots of fun. Come Join Us!

Bell Choirs

• Bath Belles (adults) rehearse on Tuesdays 1:30-3:00 p.m.
• Prime Time Chimes (adults) rehearse on Tuesdays 7:00-8:00 p.m.
• Junior Bellz (children grades 5-8) rehearse on Wednesdays 6:00-6:30 p.m.

Please contact Debbie Heubeck if you are interested in any of these groups. The only requirement is the ability to read music – even a little ability is helpful.

The children’s choirs meet on Wednesdays: 5-6:00 Cherub Choir (Grades K-3); 5:00 Junior Choir; 6-6:30 Joy Bellz (Grades 5-8, must sing to ring).

The Youth Bell Choir is only available to those who sing in Junior Choir and are in Grades 5-8.  If you would like to join a bell choir, you need to contact Debbie Heubeck.  The rehearsals are not a good tome to walk in; you will only get to watch!

There are 3 avenues for adults (8th Grade and up) to sing at Bath Church:

• Chancel Choir rehearses Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. and Thursdays at 7:30 p.m.  This choir sings often during Sunday morning worship and begins every year with a Fall Retreat which will be held at Furnace Run Park in the Summit County Metro Parks on Saturday, September 18 from 9:30-4:30 p.m.
• Sanguine Singers rehearse during Sunday School time on Sunday mornings from 9:45-10:45 a.m. and sing during Sunday morning worship every 5-6 weeks.
• Bath Classic Singers also rehearse during Sunday School time on Sunday mornings from 9:45-10:45 a.m. and are led by Sandy Roeger.  They perform about 5 times a year.  They were honored to be invited to sing at Lakeside in the summer of 2009.

• Tuesday, August 31 - Adult bells resume
• Wednesday, September 1 - Children’s Vocal Choirs & Children’s Bell Choir resumes 
• Thursday, September 2 – Chancel Choir resumes 
• Saturday, November 13 – C&C Pop Concert at 7:30 p.m.; Chancel Choir participates 
• Sunday, February 27 – Epiphany Concert at 3:00 p.m. presented by the Bath Church Music Department and Mt. Zion Baptist Church Choir 
• Tuesday, March 8 – Pancake Dinner from 5-7:00 p.m. in Fellowship Hall; this event benefits theatre/concert productions of the Music Department  
• Saturday, March 19 – Topsy-Turvy Theatre at 7:30 p.m. produced by Sanguine Singers and Children’s Choirs
• Sunday, March 20 – Topsy-Turvy Theatre at 2:00 p.m. produced by Sanguine Singers and Children’s Choirs
